Work at the Northampton Bulk Centre is made up of:
The Claim Production Centre (CPC)
The CPC issues more than half of the County Court "specified amount" claims. After processing the case data, it is sent electronically to the County Court hearing centre.
County Court Bulk Centre (CCBC)
The (CCBC) deals with 9 out of 10 CPC cases. It operates under the name of Northampton County Court. Defences are received through the post and online. Unlike other County Courts the CCBC does not hear claims. If a claim may require a hearing a "Notice of Transfer" is issued to transfer the case to the appropriate County Court. The CCBC also manages Judgment requests and requests to issue warrants of execution.
Money Claim Online (MCOL)
MCOL enables a claimant to request issue of a claim online via the Internet.
Centralised Attachment of earnings Payment System (CAPS)
CAPS monitors and processes payments for single attachment of earnings orders (AEO).
I have a County Court Judgment (CCJ), what next?
Once judgment has been obtained then assuming that the judgment debt is not paid within the terms stipulated within the judgment, then a judgment creditor will need to consider how to compel payment. This is enforcement.
